Cancellation Policy for Workshops

Cancellation by Participants:

• 8 Days or More Before Workshop:
  • Full refund minus any processing fees.
• 7 Days or Less Before Workshop:
  • Full studio credit minus any processing fees.

Cancellation by 24hr Pottery:

• Insufficient Enrollment or Emergencies:
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops. Participants will receive their choice of a full refund or studio credit with the option to enroll in another workshop.

Special Circumstances:

• We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency or other serious situation, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Exceptions to our standard cancellation policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
