How gift certificates work
Our digital gift certificates can be used toward workshops, open studio, memberships or in-studio purchases at any Eastside Pottery or Seatown Pottery location.

1. Choose your gift amount
‍Select the amount you’d like to give and complete your purchase.

2. Share the gift
You’ll receive two emails: a receipt and a separate email containing the redemption link and code. Forward the redemption email or share the link and code with your recipient.

3. Redeem the certificate
The recipient follows the link and enters the code provided. Their gift amount is added to their profile as account credit. A profile is created during redemption if they don’t already have one.

4. Book & create
The credit automatically applies to future purchases when the recipient checks out using the same email address they used to redeem the certificate.
