Ceramic Bootcamp: One Day Workshop

Build a strong foundation in ceramics with our 5-hour Pottery Intensive.This workshop is designed for beginners and will give you the skills and confidence to become a member of a 24hr Pottery studio or to dive into the world of ceramics on your own.

Throughout the session, you will explore:

• Wheel throwing
• Trimming and carving leather-hard pieces
• Adding handles and decorative details
• Hand-building serving dishes, sushi trays, and small sculptures
• Glazing, underglazes, and resist techniques
• Working with different clay bodies and glaze options

Each participant will receive a pottery workbook to document their process and creative ideas.

To wrap up your experience, you will select from a range of studio glaze colors. Our team will glaze and fire your pieces, and they will be ready for pickup three weeks after class.
